Q : How have you gravitated toward visual art?

A :  In 1975 by begin to paint in coils in wanted to reference images. Bye-bye camera and the challenge of making high quality images changed my interest. I stopped painting and concentrated on photography. In 2008, I began as a full-time photographic artist. Since 2008 I have had 25 one-man shows that have towards the province.

Q : Whats is your favorite medium to work?

A : The only medium I work is photographic.

Q : Whats your least favourite color?

A : For me color is everything, any color in every color. I do not have a least favorite color.

Q : Educated or Self-Taught?

A :  I studied professionally at Confederation College in thunder Bay Ontario in 1979 – 1980. I currently teach photography and digital processing at red River College at the Winkler campus

Q : What is your hope for your work?

A : my work has been featured in” More of our Canada magazine” as well as in ” Our Canada magazine”. This has given my work and national perspective. My hope with save us from boring is that some of my work can be made big. There is something about the Prairie that needs to be seen large if it’s going to be appreciated.
